I am a responsible, mature student that will be attending SFU in fall. I have lived on my own and with roommates for a number of years, so I know how to keep space clean and will do my part in keeping our spaces clean. I am sociable but also like my own quiet time. I have no pet allergies and I am not a smoker, though I have no problems with smokers. I will always pay rent on time and will keep a professional relationship with any property management/mangers.
