Hi! My roommate and I (both friendly women in our 20s) are looking to rent out the third bedroom in our two-story home in Whitby. The room comes with its own private bathroom (so no sharing!) just a 1-minute walk to bus stops, and a 5-minute drive to the Oshawa Centre, Walmart, restaurants, banks, and only 16 minutes to Hwy 401.

We’re easygoing, sociable, and clean, and we’re hoping to find someone who also values a tidy, respectful living space. Chores like lawn care, snow removal, and garbage are shared equally between all roommates. (There will only be 3 of us)

Rent: $1100/month Utilities: Water included; all others are shared Parking available!🚗 Minimum stay: 6 months (preferably) Available: August 30th
