Hi, I’m Nathan, male, 31-year-old, and Filipino. I work about 30 to 40 hours a week as a healthcare worker. I’m looking for a furnished room or suite to rent beginning Sept. 1st. I have a bicycle so I’d prefer a place with secured bike parking. I’m also mostly out on my days off. I’m introverted but enjoy socializing when time permits, quiet, mature, neat, respectful, LGBTQ friendly, non-smoker, non-partier, and non-drinker. I don’t have a pet. I spend most of my time working or working out at a gym on my days off. Ideally, I’d like to have a roommate with similar traits for compatibility.
