Hey there! I’m Jayne — I’m in my late-20s and work as a wait staff for an event serving company. I’m hoping to find a roommate to share a 2-bedroom spot somewhere in the west core of the city — preferably Roncy, High Park, or Mimico. Ideally something with a bit of character, and maybe a balcony or small backyard to chill in when the weather’s good. I will also need a parking spot, willing to pay extra for that of course. My budget’s around $1,300–$1,800 including utilities but willing to discuss. I’m pretty laidback, thoughtful, and clean — the kind of roommate who believes in doing your dishes, respecting quiet time, and checking in from time to time. I like having a home that feels welcoming and relaxed, where we can chat over dinner or do our own thing without it being weird. I’m into puzzles, fitness, and binge-watching bad reality TV when I’m in the mood. I’m cool with pets (especially cats), I have two of my own. While my partying days are over, I’m always down for a board game night, arts and crafts and popcorn and movies.
