Jera

Hi! My name is Jera, I’m a 24 year old male student starting my 2nd year at UVic in the fall looking for a place to stay during my studies. A little bit about me: I am quiet, quite introverted and value cleanliness and good manners. I spend most of my time working in my computer when I’m not at Uni. I also never listen to music through speakers or throw parties. I enjoy cooking, nature and playing tons of video games.

I highly value a clean, quiet home. I burn incense daily, so if that’s not up your alley we won’t fit. I do not like: Loud people, rude people who do not keep a clean kitchen, personal drama of any kind. I’m not into sports. I’m really only looking for one other person, while I will likely rent an entire unit by myself, splitting a house could be beneficial for both of us.
