Hi! I’m a recent grad moving to Toronto this fall and looking for a friendly, respectful roommate situation starting around September 1. I’m job hunting right now (with savings and guarantors lined up), and I’m hoping for a year-long lease—my budget is up to $1400/month all in.

I’m clean, reliable, and easygoing. I like to cook and keep shared spaces tidy. I’ve got great taste in decor and lots of fun art, so I’d love to help make our home feel cozy and lived-in. I enjoy spending time with roommates—chatting, sharing meals, or watching something together—but also of course value personal space and quiet time.

I already have a few friends in Toronto, so you might see them around now and then for dinner or a low-key hang, but nothing wild or disruptive. I have no pets myself, but totally fine if you have a small one—as long as they’re well cared for! Let me know if this sounds like a good fit :)
