Hello!😊I’m moving from Calgary to relocate in Vancouver so I’m looking to find someone to take over my lease (ending in July).
This is a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment located in East Village, very close to the LRT City Hall Station. The master bedroom is available as soon as possible and can only be occupied by one individual so no couples allowed. Jackie is the other female living in the smaller room and looking for another female to rent out the other room. She’s a very sweet and bubbly person. The rent is $1,250 per month with a lease minimum is one year.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom so it will not be shared. Inside the apartment there is a washer, and dishwasher. The whole apartment is decorated and furnished so no additional furniture will be needed besides the bedroom items. Wifi and electricity will be the only additional expenses that will be split, all other utilities are not required. There is no parking, no pets, and no smoking allowed.
Wifi: $73.50 (split: $36.75). Electricity: based on usage so it fluctuates (roughly around $30).
