My current lease is coming to an end this month, so I need a place that is available for immediate move-in this week. What I Am Looking For: Availability: Ready for immediate move-in this week. Preferences: Ideally an upstairs Master Bedroom, including an attached or private washroom. Budget: Up to $800.00 max (Strictly all-inclusive of utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry). Environment: A peaceful, mature, and drama-free household that respects quiet hours and values personal space.

About Me & Living Standards: Lifestyle: I am a highly responsible, clean, and respectful individual who works multiple jobs. Because of my busy schedule, my home is strictly a place for rest, recovery, and quiet downtime. I value a healthy, harmonious living space where roommates appreciate boundaries and maintain a clean environment.

Reason for Moving: I am moving on from my current shared 2-bedroom basement suite (where I pay $700 all-inclusive) simply because the layout, high traffic by the kitchen, and conflicting student/shift schedules do not offer the quiet environment required for proper rest. I keep entirely to myself, maintain strict tidiness in common areas, and always pay my rent on time without exception.

Smoking: I am an outdoor-only smoker. I strictly and respectfully smoke outside away from the house and never bring it indoors.
