Hello!

I just would like to introduce myself a bit so that you know I’m a serious seeker.

I’m currently looking around housing situation in Squamish.

My moving date would be Aug 14 or 15th. The reason is because my house is (has been) on sale in Calgary and it is in the process of being sold at the moment. (Nothing has been confirmed yet though)

I’ll know more as the sale gets finalized, which I’ll of course communicate with the potential person that I’ll be sharing a space with clearly.

I’ll be moving from Calgary.

I am (currently) a homeowner so I know how important it is to have good tenants around. I work with families and children here in Calgary at YW Calgary at the moment. I’ll be looking for a full time work after I am settled a bit in a week or so (Would love to have some little time off after the move- I’ve been dreaming). I had something lined up with Sea to sky community centre but I have to be there for the job to be processed.

About details in regards to (un)furnished and etc, I’m looking for an unfurnished room.

I do have my stuff here although I’ve been trying to sell, give away, donate as much as possible but I’ll be bringing quite a bit of plants (yes I can’t get rid of all of them but I’ve been trying!), outdoor stuff like skis, paddle board,(sold my bike so no bike but I’ll be looking for one, a lighter one, there), my own bed, queen size, and possibly a couple small furnitures.

I’m clean, organized, practice yoga, Vipassana meditation, have no pet, like gardening, reading/writing, nature, connecting with like-minded people.

I’m well traveled like most folks in a town like Squamish so I’ve got stories to share of course. This is my third time moving back to BC from AB but this time will be permanent, I’m considering.
