Hiii everyone! 💕 I’m looking for a roommate to move in on February 1st! It’s a 2-bedroom condo at The Esplanade, super convenient and in a really nice area. There’s a No Frills just 5 minutes away walking, plus tons of shops around for anything you need. I don’t drive, so the location is perfect if you like everything close by!

The building has great amenities: indoor pool, sauna, gym, and a party room \ Ping Pong Room The unit itself also has a dishwasher and in-unit Samsung washer & dryer, which is super convenient!

I don’t have any pets, but cats are totally welcome if you have one! 🐱

A little about me: I’m a medical aesthetician working full-time downtown, so I’m rarely home. I also get 40% off services for friends, so that’s a nice bonus!

Rent is $1550/month (EVERYTHING INCLUDED except internet which is $37 a month) and first + last month’s rent is required I’m available for viewings Sundays and Mondays, since those are my days off.
