Jamie

Hi there, I’m Jamie! Originally from the UK, but living and working in Berlin, Germany for the past 10 years. I’m coming to Montreal for a 7-week research stay at the Geography department at McGill, and looking for accommodation for the final month of my stay. Hoping to meet and live with nice people when in Montreal. I’m passionate about film (hopefully will squeeze in a little trip to tiff in September), music, and art in general. Also quite active (I run, play football). Overall, despite feeling a bit chaotic in my head, people say I’m a calming presence. I would say I’m easy-going, friendly, quiet, and clean. I’ve travelled a lot and I’m adaptable to many different contexts. I love animals (and I research human-carnivore coexistence for a living)!
