This is an unusual ask but my daughter and I are looking for a room to rent for our creations. We sew and I am an artist. We had an amazing basement setup as a sewing room but we have to move out as landlord wants to use the space. We do not need to sleep in it, just come to sew and work on projects during the day and evenings but not everyday. If someone has an unused room in your basement, we would ask if you would accept a reduced rent for part-time roomies.
