Moving on to the next chapter of my life! I’ll be renting out my home in Saskatchewan while I venture to Vancouver in search of my next place to call home.

From my research, I’m especially interested in Kitsilano and the West End — both seem to have a friendly vibe and a larger 50+ single community, which feels like a great fit for me. (Open to other suggestions!!!)

About me: • Retired real estate, insurance, and travel agent. I owned my own business in a small Saskatchewan town, so I’m very responsible and financially stable. • Healthy living is a big part of my lifestyle — a gym and pool are must-haves. Ideally, my condo will have these amenities, but I’m also open to a place with easy walking access to a nearby gym and pool. • Easygoing, respectful, and kind. • Very familiar with renting (I manage 12 rental houses in my SK town). • Non-smoker, social/light drinker, and not into partying. • No car — I’ll need easy access to SkyTrain or reliable bus routes for groceries, rec centres, shopping, and fitness. • Clean and organized — I can’t stand clutter or waking up to a messy kitchen. • I love cooking and would happily share meals and recipes if that’s something you enjoy. • Positive, outgoing, and always keeping busy.

What I’m looking for: Shared accommodations in a clean, comfortable condo, apartment, or house in Kitsilano or the West End. Ideally with a pool and gym, or very close to them. A place where I can feel at home while I explore Vancouver and figure out my next steps.

Availability & Terms: Looking to move in November 1st. Ideally month-to-month, but happy to commit to 3 months first, then month-to-month after that or depending on place do a longer lease!
