About me ,Im a 34 year old young black gamer, Im clean, so I will have my own cleaning materials most times and i am organized… i love gaming, netflix and chillin, I have my loud moments when Im gaming, for the most part I enjoy a very quiet and peaceful evening and environment, grandiose cooking sessions and drinking wine and beers on occasion, so I will require a large kitchen.
I prefer to be alone but my budget would make that impossible so Ill take what i can get, clean room mates are mandatory, a stove and fridge to cook!
I am single, currently no dogs or cats, and as a dog person prefer no dogs 😅 the smell and hair gets crazy, and i don’t have company over ever sad but true…. but still would like to have the option incase i get lucky in the next couple years lol, I do have a bad habit of paying rent a couple weeks or months early on occasion, but as this is a special stituation, rarely will be the stituation.
I currently live in central North york, about 1 hour from downtown which is ideal, laundry will be mandatory for me and if possible I fly out of Toronto once and a while and am gone for months at a time so I I’d like to negotiate that if possible. I’m not in a rush just looking for something comfortable and convenient ..thank you for your time
