Private bathroom, master bedroom, window, desk, closest, shared kitchen with 2 others, 5 minute walk from 2 different plazas and ttc as well as 20 minute buss ride to laundry matt, last tenants broke more then 1 so non negotiable unfortuneately, sorry but weve reduced rent to assist with the cost of ubering and cost of laundry by 50$.
