Hi! My name is Daria, I’m 22 and an international student from abroad. I’m clean, friendly, easygoing, and respectful of personal space. I’m looking to rent a room starting September 1st for a long-term stay (1 year). I’ll be studying Autism and Behavioural Science at George Brown College – Waterfront Campus, so I’m ideally looking for a place close to that area. I’m only considering female roommates. My maximum budget is 1400 CAD/month (all-inclusive if possible).
