I am super quiet and clean. I don’t smoke, drink or bring people over. A smoke-free environment is a must! I am looking for a room from October to April with a secure private parking spot. Absolutely no street parking. The private parking spot is my main criteria. Ideally a house or duplex with a private driveway or an appartement building with possibility to rent an indoor/outdoor parking spot. I work full-time mostly remotely so I might be gone for a full week most months when I don’t have to be in the office in Ottawa. I have a very well behaved 6 pounds dog who loves to go on hikes on weekends and snuggle on my lap all day while Im working. I never leave him behind and he does not chase cats, rabbits or any other pets he may live with. I get along with anyone as long as you are respectful and generally organized.
