I am new to renting and am going to be attending NBCC on the UNB campus, preferring something closer to the hospital for easy transport! I’m currently looking for just a small room to give me some privacy and allow myself to have a space I can be myself in. I am respectful, quiet, and friendly, though I do prefer not having a lot of people within shared spaces unless a heads up is given or it is a routine thing [ex. weekly schedules, family visits, friend hangouts, and etc.] I personally don’t have any friends currently who live in Saint John, so, there won’t be any visitors from me other than my grandmother on parse occasions. Otherwise, I’m happy to team-up and find an apartment together or join an already formed group needing an extra to help out with rent.

I am a non-binary individual but refer to myself in feminine pronouns or neutral. I prefer to live with other feminine presenting people but shall always give living with masculine people a chance! My income is based on a sum of money I get monthly from the government, this means I will not skip rent and will pay on time unless otherwise stated. Though I am currently looking for a job to give me more wiggle room on rent and budget in general.

I’ve got a cat named Scuttlebug. He’s a big eater and loves snuggles and is a loud man. He used to live with his sister before being rehomed so he’s friendly with cats if introduced properly! Though if cats are a no go in whatever place I do find, he will be able to move up province with my mother.

Less important information: My partner has been planning to come down and visit for a week or so sometime in the upcoming years. This would not happen without communication with roommates and ensuring it is alright beforehand. This is just something I like to mention since I know some people do not like couples within their shared spaces which is understandable.
