Need a fully furnished room (with at least a bed frame, mattress, side table and closet - flexible on some) near downtown Halifax/Dartmouth.

Move-in date: August 31 Not interested to do 1 year lease
I would prefer to share the washroom with 1 or maximum 2 other people. Preferably female housemates, but flexible on this. Prefer not living with conservative families.
Must have a kitchen and laundry. I will work out of home 5 days a week. May have guests over, but rarely.
