My name is Manuel, I am 25 years old and a student at the University of Alberta. I am a respectful and responsible tenant who follows the house rules set by the landlord. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs, and I do not host parties or social gatherings at home. I use my living space only for living and studying; all other activities are done outside. I am open to social gatherings at home as long as they are agreed upon by all housemates and held in a respectful manner. I value a quiet and peaceful environment and will always respect the privacy and tranquility of the home and neighborhood.
