Good Morning/Evening,

Here’s a little bit about me! I’ll be returning to school next year in order to advance and/or switch careers. I’m in the process of transitioning into a new line of work and/or position that can accommodate a student’s schedule. My working hours might vary meaning either mornings, evenings or a mixture.

As a roommate you can expect light-moderate noise from me. I intend to have company over from time to time. I’m happy to communicate and/or pre-schedule the visits. I primarily, meal prep! However, there will be times I’ll need the kitchen outside of meal prep days. I value cleanliness and tidiness. However, I’m flexible i.e., a few dishes on the sink or beside it tided up within a reasonable time frame etc. I’d love to create a simple chore system to keep things tidy, fair and low-stress.

My after work/school schedule consists of more quiet activities i.e. movies, shows etc. I primarily use headphones while doing the above. I’m interested in exploring the area and/or making new connections. I’ll either be out and about or engaged in quiet activities while indoors. I highly value open, respectful, solution oriented communication if concerns arise.

I’m looking to live with someone mature, independent, flexible and considerate. I prefer an environment that isn’t excessively noisy and/or with high traffic.

Unfortunately, I’m very allergic to cats and somewhat allergic to dogs. My budget is $600-850. However, there is room for adjustment. My length of stay will range from 6-12 months. I’m open to a longer length of stay too.
