A little about me: I am an artist, musician, and business owner. I run a professional cleaning service part-time, and I am enrolled in online school through St. Louis. I hope to attend University of Waterloo next year, and I am upgrading my high school credits in preparation. In my spare time I love walking in nature, practicing yoga and meditation, and working on creative projects.

Lifestyle: I am introverted and prefer to keep to myself. I have an invisible disability that requires me to have a calm and predictable environment, so I value a quiet and well-maintained space.

The right fit: I am seeking a private room, preferably with my own bathroom, close to the university. My budget is around $1000 all in.

Timeline: I am looking to sign a lease for December 1. I am open to a 6-month or 1-year lease to start. My goal is to end up in my own place, so I envision myself moving again in the next year or two.
