Hi, I’m Indian origin (Gujarati Girl - 30, zillennial). I’m full time working professional. I have forward thinking and open mindset, I do not like landlords , families , or people who interfere or are nosy into anyone’s lives. I like minding my own business and expect opposite to do same. I would prefer roommates that are pretty much clean keep common areas neat and tidy specially washroom and kitchen if you share. I need CAR PARKING most importantly. My boyfriend would likely move in later from last quarter of the year - COUPLE. Last but not the least have no mental capacity to deal with lot of tenants need some peace after coming home, hence please dont offer if you are already 3 or above. Less people less chaos for cleaning and being considerate when you share space.
