I’m a 36 year old professional as well as a non smoker (weed or nicotine) and always pay my bills on time love keeping my living spaces clean and presentable for friends and guests! I do like having friends over but I always try to be respectful of those I’m living with.

I’m gay and also a furry so I think if you’re a furry as well, cosplayer or nerd adjacent we’ll probably get along just fine. Either way though as long as everybody is paying the bills and keeping up the place together I have zero judgments!
