Jake

Hi, my name is Jake and I’m 23 years old. I currently study design foundations at Algonquin, and I work at PetSmart as a dog bather. I’m someone who takes pride in being a reliable and respectful tenant. I always make sure rent is paid on time, and I like to keep my space clean and well cared for. I’m easygoing, considerate, and get along well with others, so I’d be a good fit for a shared living environment. Overall, I’m just looking for a comfortable place to call home and would be happy to take good care of the unit.
