I’m a non smoker and non drinker. Very clean and quiet person. Pay the rent on 1st of every month. Can provide previous landlords references if needed. Need a private room and a parking space starting asap.

I used to work for General Motors, Oshawa near Toronto but got injured, moved to Ottawa as I wanted to avoid crowds. Now looking for work, and in the meantime working for SkiptheDishes and Uber.

Currently I am going through a medical condition and hence can’t stay on road for long. So, taking my expenses into account, I’m looking for a private room which includes parking, utilities, internet everything for under $500. Also, it shouldn’t be basement due to the medical condition.

I hope someone has got some place to rent out. Please don’t ask me to do something in return, thank you.
