Alex Liventsov

Hey there 👋

I’m Alex, originally from Ukraine. I recently moved to Vancouver after spending about 2.5 years in Calgary, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home in Vancouver or Burnaby. My background is in logistics and sales, and I’m currently in the hiring process for an office-based logistics role.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, going to the gym, and exploring the city. I’m also into music and theatre, and equally happy spending a quiet evening watching a series or playing video games. I occasionally play guitar, but I’m always mindful of noise and happy to agree on suitable times.

I’m easygoing and social, but I also appreciate personal space. I value a clean, relaxed home where everyone looks after shared spaces and feels comfortable communicating. It would be lovely to live with people who enjoy an occasional chat or shared meal while having their own routines.

I also have a calm, friendly cat named Semmy 🐈 He’d be moving with me, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly home where he’d be welcome in shared spaces too, with boundaries we’re all comfortable with.
