Hi everyone!

My name is Tania, and I’m looking for a room to rent in a shared house or apartment for a minimum stay of 6 months, ideally starting at the end of June 2026 (although I can be flexible with the move-in date).

My preferred areas are Springfield/Spall, Capri Mall, or Orchard Park, but I’m open to other neighborhoods in Kelowna as well.

A little about me: I recently started working as a Care Aide and currently work on a casual basis. I also occasionally take shifts in landscaping, construction cleaning, and other labour-related jobs. I moved to Kelowna to improve my English through immersion, enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, and pursue new career opportunities.

I’m a respectful, clean, and easygoing person who values a calm and comfortable home environment. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cycling, beach volleyball, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy sharing a meal or a conversation with friends. I’m not much of a party person myself, but I’m comfortable living with people who enjoy social gatherings from time to time. I simply appreciate good communication and coordination so everyone can get the rest they need for work and other commitments.

I’m pet-friendly (although I don’t have pets myself), don’t smoke, and no longer drink alcohol. I’m comfortable living with people who smoke outside.

I can provide employment references as well as a reference from my current landlord.
