Im a quiet individual who works full time day shift and afternoon shift switching every 2 weeks. I have a queen size bed, couch, computer desk, portable AC unit , so an unfurnished space would be ideal. Im clean and easy to get along with. Im very respectful of others and their property. My landlords are selling and im potentially going to lose my apartment if the new buyers dont take me on as a tenant. I do photography on the side so I do come and go but spend most of my time at home watching movies or editing images.
No pets, no girlfriend, I dont have friends over, I dont drink unless im out with a friend for a beer, I dont do drugs. Looking for my own space or maybe a basement apartment or above a garage. Not opposed to sharing a space with one other or even meeting a roommate here and finding a place together.
