Hi, we moved to Canada 2 years back as students and never had any issues with any landlords regarding cleanliness. We will keep the house clean regarding our cats that we plan to adopt. That is the reason we are moving. Additionally we are both on our work permit and I have started a new job. We wanted more space for the cats in our new house. Also it would be great if we could invite friends occasionally. We don’t smoke or do drugs and any friends we invite wouldn’t smoke or do drugs either.
