Looking for a 2-bedroom place to share in the North York or Vaughan area (ideally not far away from Steeles/Norfinch) starting December 1st.

About me: I’m 41, male, and work full-time (9–5) as a communications and fundraising manager at an international development agency. Mondays to Thursdays I’m out of the house early and return late, so I mostly keep to myself during the week. I’m a homebody who enjoys reading, cooking (meal prep on weekends), the gym, and relaxing.

Living style: I’d describe myself as an ambivert who values a quiet, respectful home. I don’t mind guests as long as visits aren’t excessive. I’m clean, organized, and consistent with my gym routine.

Roommate preference: Ideally looking for a male roommate around my age (or older) who’s mature, clean, and respectful.

Deal breakers: messiness, noise, smoking, pets, or visitors overstaying.
