Hi! My name is Dmitrii, I’m 35 years old, and I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Calgary, approximately a 12-minute walk from Chinook Station.

Move-in date: January 1, 2027.

I work night shifts and sleep during the day. I’m tidy, don’t drink alcohol or smoke (including vaping or cannabis). I enjoy going to the gym, swimming, fencing, reading, and drawing comics.

I’m an introvert but reasonably sociable. I value peace and quiet, cleanliness, minimalism, and respecting personal boundaries. No pets. I never have guests over and would prefer to find someone who feels the same way about sharing a living space.

The apartment includes:
