Young friendly responsible male. Single male raised right my Mother and older sister. Love music, art, fashion, movies and playing sports (do not worry I have headphones) Former teen elite athlete (basketball and field events) so I know discipline. I have BIG GOALS and failure is not an option. Gender and orientation is of no concern to me, kindness is all that matters. Currently working and starting Winter Semester. Looking for an affordable room. I am clean (grew up with family Sunday cleaning) and will respect all house rules and my roommates. I love kids (especially my 2 yo nephew) can do minor maintenance and some heavy lifting to help out. No record, not driving…yet…and I CAN COOK…the basics but really really well. No one is getting sick on my watch. I’m okay with an independent setting or a collaborative setting (groceries, house supplies, things in shared spaces).
