I’ve been searching for a house rental in Owen Sound for months now. I realized that if I want a decent and clean space I can’t afford the rent. So I’m looking for a roommate to share the cost with. The place that I’m looking at is $2,200/month + hydro. I would be paying $1,200 and the other renter would be paying $1,000. We would split the hydro. It is very close to the downtown area and the ymca. I’m only accepting female applicants. Thank you!
