Currently just using this account to see what’s out there, my younger sister is moving to a new province for her studies at the end of December so I’ll be looking for someone to take over her half of the lease. Rent is $700 for the small room and $750 for the big room, with all utilities included. I’ll be uploading the actual ad with pics of the space later this week but it’s a renovated basement suite in Strathern with big windows, tall 9 foot ceilings, and heated floors. 5 minute walk to Strathern LRT station. Ideally looking for another student to share the space with.
