Hi! I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful professional looking for a reasonably priced place to call home. I value personal space and privacy but also appreciate a friendly, community-oriented environment.

I work from home full-time as a freelance media production specialist (usually 8–12+ hours a day), so I’ll be around but mostly focused on work — you probably won’t see much of me. All I really need is space for a bed, a desk, and my essentials.

I’m low-key, easy to get along with, and occasionally might have a friend over for a quick game night for a couple hours (not often). Ideally, I’m hoping to find a stable, longer-term living situation — and I’m open to teaming up with the right person to make that happen.
