Hey! I’m looking for a room, and possibly to team up with other roommates to find an apartment to apply to together that is ideally close to the subway. I am looking for a place for immediately, September1st, or October 1st.

I’m into movies, gaming, and exploring the city, and I’ve got a bit of a nerdy/creative side like board games, MTG, and 3D printing projects definitely keep me busy. I also enjoy cooking/baking and would love a home where sharing meals or just hanging out sometimes feels natural, but that is not totally necessary.

I’m queer and would really like to live in a space that feels safe, open, and genuinely comfortable being yourself in. Good communication, mutual respect, and a bit of warmth in the household matter a lot to me. It is worth noting that all no pets clauses are void according to the RTA.

Overall vibe is clean, organized, social but respectful of downtime, and just a solid, easygoing environment where people get along.
