I am a single father who’s 41 years old, with one daughter who is currently 16, about to turn 17. We are looking for a clean, quiet, stable home near JCS high school so that my daughter can continue with the same school. We are only moving because my current landlord’s brother’s family is moving to town and plans on moving into the suite we currently are renting. We both have a small dog, mine is about 9lbs and my daughter’s is about 4 lbs, both are very well trained and fully housebroken, and we always like to clean up after them. I have a vehicle, and due to my disability it would be great to be able to park fairly close to the entrance, though I can accommodate a short walk. Thanks so much!
