Hi! I’m Alissa, a young professional who recently started a new job in the neighbourhood. I’m friendly, bubbly, and social, but also like to unwind quietly after a long day. I value a space that feels calm, comfortable, and hygienic. I love animals and would be very happy in a pet-friendly home. I currently have a cat who is staying with my mom for now, but it would be great to bring him with me in the future if the place allows pets. I keep kosher style, so I avoid pork and shellfish. I’m very easygoing about what others eat and do, I just like to have clearly marked kitchen utensils for non-kosher food, and I’m happy to provide or label them myself to make things simple. I have my own furniture, can provide references, employment verification, and credit score, and I’m prepared to pay first and last month’s rent. I’m looking for a three-month stay (month-to-month preferred) but am open to longer if it’s a good fit.
