Hello, my name is Ana. I’m in my early 30s, I work full-time, and I have a stable job. I’m looking for a one-bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom in Toronto.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place with a good commute to downtown, preferably in CityPlace, Harbourfront, or a similar downtown-adjacent area.

I’m flexible with my move-in date.

My main preference is to live with only one roommate, not multiple roommates. I’m open to both male and female roommates, but I would prefer a female roommate if possible.

I work from home, but I’m not noisy. I would just be quietly working in my room during the day.

Because I work from home, natural light and the view from the window are also important to me. Ideally, I would like a nice open view, where the buildings are not too close and I’m not looking directly into someone else’s windows.

Cleanliness is very important to me. I’m super clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone who has the same standards and keeps the shared space very neat.

I don’t smoke and I don’t smoke weed, so I’m looking for a non-smoking home as well.

I also prefer a quiet and peaceful home environment. It would not be a good fit if someone regularly watches TV loudly, plays music loudly, hosts parties, or creates constant noise. I’m looking for a calm place to live and relax.

I don’t mind pets as long as the home is kept very clean, the pet is well cared for, and there is no smell in the apartment because of it.

Overall, I’m looking for a clean, respectful, quiet, and peaceful home with one responsible roommate.
