I’m a pretty chill, clean, disciplined and easy to get along guy who likes to keep a clean house and is mindful of other housemates personal space and maintains good etiquette around. I work full time with a stable job and income. Having lived in the US and UK before, I’ve had diverse housemates and wouldn’t mind socialising a bit or watching a movie or grabbing some food and see if it leads to any friendship (not a necessity).
