Hey everyone, A quick update — my friend who was supposed to move from the Lower Mainland and share the place backed out last minute, so I’m back on the lookout for a one-bedroom rental.

Ideally looking for something clean, quiet, and reasonably priced, with parking and in-suite laundry (bonus if it’s close to transit). I’m responsible, tidy, and work full-time with a stable schedule.
