I’m looking for a roommate to rent a 2-bedroom apartment at 383 Albert Street in Ottawa with me on a 1-year lease.

The building offers 2-bedroom units ranging from approximately $2,600–$2,800/month, depending on the specific unit. The biggest advantage is that we would each have our own private bathroom, so there would be no sharing a bathroom.

Move-in flexibility: I’m ideally looking for someone who can move in around September/October. If you need to move in later, such as November or December, I would be willing to cover the full rent for those months until you are able to move in. We can discuss the exact arrangement depending on your circumstances.
