Hi there , I’m moving up to Carlton Place from Sudbury and my friend is kind enuf to take us in , however it’s a 1 bedroom as it is and he actually lives on 14 kapuskasing private drive ottawa , it’s a retirement living community . So I really need to find anything for now , yes there is a good chance I end renting from you if u accept me for a lil bit anyways , I’m ow and I get odsp for my 15 year old with special needs , basically he doesn’t really talk no social skills he goes to high school and I wanna look for work , currently I’m an addictions and mental health worker . The reason I’m leaving is because my current landlord sold the tri plex and everyone had to move , they gave us plenty of time however trying to get another unit here is impossible, I don’t drink nor do I party , we are quiet individuals . My son goes to school and I wanna get back to work
