Hello, I’m Leo! I’m a queer transmasculine artist (also an animal lover, if you have pets that’s a huge bonus for me) looking for somewhere to move into. I want roommates that I can get along with, which shouldn’t be too hard because I’d say that I am a pretty chill person! My primary source of income right now is my graphic design work, and I’m also a kitchen assistant. I’m lucky enough that my parents are going to be pitching in a bit to cover some of my rent and whatnot. I also would prefer a room that is unfurnished if possible as I already have a bedframe and whatnot, but I can move into a furnished room if I really like the place. I have no issue keeping my spaces tidy and I’m very conscious of noise levels and that sort of thing. I do occasionally smoke weed, but I have no trouble smoking outside/a few blocks away if preferred.

I’m looking for a place that…

• Is close to transit of some kind
• Has a good kitchen sink. One of my passions/sources of income is screen-printing, so I do need access to a sink for rinsing off ink and the like, but I always put my supplies away when I’m done, and I don’t print for more than 1-2 hours a day.
• Is ideally in the east Vancouver/commercial Broadway/Kitsilano area, but I’m also open to a place in North Vancouver.
