I recently arrived in Canada from South Korea on a Working Holiday Visa and am currently attending SGIC language school. My plan is to secure full-time employment immediately after I complete my course.

I am looking for a move-in date around “November 23rd or December 1st”, and I would like to sign a minimum 6-month lease. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets.

I am a quiet and clean individual, and I already have prior experience with shared living arrangements in Korea, so I am very respectful of common spaces and house etiquette. Furthermore, I am financially stable, having worked full-time before arriving here, and I am also currently receiving unemployment benefits from my home country.
