Private bedroom available for sublet in a 2-bedroom unit near Algonquin College ; 369 paseo private

I’m looking to sublet my bedroom in a 2-bedroom unit near Algonquin College. Rent is $1,100/month, plus hydro and gas. You’d be living with a 26-year-old female roommate in a great location, with everything within walking distance.

The unit has plenty of storage, is partially furnished, and the bedroom itself has a good-sized closet.

The bedroom can also come furnished if needed. There is already a bed and nightstand in the room. If you’d like to keep the furniture, we can work something out for a reasonable price. Otherwise, I can remove everything if you’d prefer to furnish and decorate the space yourself.

Just to note, I did have a cat at one point, so the headboard has a few scratches, but the bed was purchased less than 4 months ago and is still in very good condition overall.
