I’m looking for a roommate for my place at 260 Armstrong Street, Ottawa. Preferably female, Middle Eastern, around my age, drama-free, and very clean.

Rent is $1,200/month. Internet isn’t included. I personally use my data, so if you want Wi-Fi, that would be on you.

I have a very quiet cat, so you’d need to be okay with cats. It would be a plus if you’re comfortable feeding him occasionally when I’m traveling or at work.

You’d have your own private bedroom, good size, with large windows. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, so the bathroom would be shared. Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are a must.

The unit includes washer and dryer. The location is great: a farmer’s market two minutes away in the summer, coffee shops right across the street, and a Korean restaurant on the first floor of the building. Very central and walkable area.
