I’m a full-time student who will be attending the University of Guelph, and I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live close to campus. I’m neat, respectful, responsible, and spend most of my time studying or working. I don’t party, I keep shared spaces tidy, and I always communicate politely. I can also provide a reference from my current landlord. I’m simply hoping to find a safe and stable home while I focus on my studies.
