I have some new appartments offers from realtor with good locations and price range $1,150-1,400/month if we split rent in half.

Landlords usually ask for credit report, employment letter and income proof.

I mostly work from home in finance, non-smoker, single to move in, no pets, like going to the gym. Cooking very quickly and always clean after myself. Sleep at 11:30pm, wake up at 7:30am. Focused mostly on professional career and developing right skills for that. Not picky, no drama, appreciate straightforward communication.
