3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms condo in Distillery District Downtown Toronto. New condo building finished construction this year with amenities such as gym, office space, games room, lounge, swimming pool, barbeque and parking available.
Observation from myself I can add: very friendly neighboors, mostly working professionals and young families. Area is balanced, you can feel peace without downtown “busyness”, but at the same time area is lively without you feeling “empty” like in small cities.
Roommates are very calm and respectful. Young couple lives in own bedroom with bathroom. You will be having provate room and sharing bathroom with male (professional working in software)
